books4/18/11 We think serious content still deserves beautiful, not boring, design. We're proud to have recently partnered with Seidlitz Education in the development of several books and educational tools that offer solutions to challenging education issues. We agree with our client that attractive graphic design "shows respect" for educators, while staying mindful that content must be presented in a well-organized and visually engaging way for this busy, time-pressed audience.

3/17/11 We were delighted to develop these tongue-in-cheek logos & labels for our friends at Luscious Pastry to help promote their scrumptious brownies created especially for Valentine's and St. Patrick's Day.

1/15/11 UT's top-ranked Department of Accounting asked us to develop an online version of their print publication, The Accounting Times. Because the client needed the ability to make frequent updates, we determined that the Wordpress platform, with its intuitive CMS and latitude for customization, would be a great fit for their needs and content. The resulting web site is easy to update, and visually complements the print publication.

12/1/11 Oh dear, so much news, so little time to update our "news" page. We need elves...

2/23/10 We love designing for the food industry, so we were excited when longtime client AnyTime Foods told us they were launching a new product. They recognize that outstanding identity and packacing design is critical to the success of a product fighting for consumers' attention on the store shelf.

bookjacket1/22/10 To be perfectly honest, we think you should judge a book by its cover! Southern Combustion has just wrapped up a bookjacket design for a collection of true crime stories by author Russell Smith. The bold, simple design captures the stark drama of crime and police work from the perspective of a Texas patrolman. The client tells us they're eager to work with our studio again, and the feeling is mutual!
